Return Exchange Policy

  • 7 day Return/Exchange. Postage stamped on package must be within 7 days of original delivery date. If we receive a package stamped after the 7 days, you will forfeit your package/refund. We will be happy to ship the merchandise back to you for an additional shipping cost.
  • Original shipping is not refunded on refunds/exchanges – no exceptions.
  • If free shipping was applied and an exchange is being requested, free shipping will no longer be applied on the exchange shipment. A standard charge of location/weight of package will be charged at the time of shipment of exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions on returns/exchanges.

When can I expect my return?

  • We process returns within 2-5 business days of being processed. Please note that some banking institutions do not post credits to your account until the next billing cycle.
  • Worn Merchandise Being Returned
  • Management has every right to refuse a return/exchange/refund if merchandise seems worn in any case. Returns/Exchanges must be sent back in the original non-used condition. If something is altered/worn – management will refuse return/exchange/refund. We will offer to ship the merchandise back to you at a standard location/weight of package shipping cost.
