Fashion Style and Make-Over for Brides

Fashion Style and Make-Over for Brides

When do you need fashion the most? You dream of your big day your entire life and adding final touches to your wedding look is one of those fun decisions you get to make as a bride. There are many accessory options out there from big bold necklaces, chunky, illusion and multiple strand bracelets, but when it comes to earrings you can't go wrong. Take a few of these ideas to help you decide on your wedding day earring selection. The most important thing to remember when searching for the perfect wedding dress is to n ever let trends dictate your choice. I'm sure we've all seen some artifacts leftover from the 80's, be it wedding photos, old clothes, or maybe you caught that show on VH1 "I Love The 80's"; either way it was painful. All of those lovely women that wed during that decade had some seriously tacky memories to look back on.

First consider the color gown you are wearing. With more fashion options to brides, dresses aren't just white any more. Whether you have a white, ivory, pink, or non traditional color bridal gown, choose materials that have the same color tones. If your dress is white, ivory pearls will not match perfectly with your gown, stay true to your colors. Next consider your gowns embellishments. If your bridal gown has pearls, crystals or rhinestones on it, then pairing it with jewelry that uses those materials is the best way to coordinate your jewelry with your gown. There are many bridal jewelry designers out there that use quality pearls and crystals that will last a lifetime and become a true heirloom.

Every occasion requires one to maintain a particular dress code. And one such very special occasion in an individual's life is their wedding day. This is day is special for not only the couple coming together, but the entire family of both the bride and groom, as well as the relatives and friends invited. No wonder, since time immemorial wedding fashion is about the most expensive clothes, along with the jewelry. The bride is dressed to look like a queen.

The perfect dress is complimented by the perfect make up and jewelry. Again, keep it simple and classy. Make-up is made to accentuate your features, not cover them up. If you cannot afford t o have your make up done professionally on your big day it's no big deal! Get great make up ideas by visiting the cosmetics counter at any department store. You can usually get your make up done for free there. If you like what you see then you can either purchase the products right there or buy the same colors for a lower price at the drugstore

Once you have determined a color palate and the right materials, finding the right pair of earrings to finish your look is easy. There are a wide variety of styles available to brides. Chandelier earrings, cluster earrings, drop style, stud and chain are all some of the varieties of bridal earrings available on the market. If you love to wear big and bold jewelry, than a chandelier or cluster style earrings would be perfect. These earrings add a dramatic flair to the ears and draw attention to the face. For the bride that loves a simple, classic look there are simpler designs available including drop style, post and tiny earrings that have a small dangle.

There is a non-traditional method of mixing new with old. Most brides do the something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. There are special ways to incorporate your heirloom jewelry into your bridal look.

Once the accessories are set up, pay apt attention to the make-over Avoid some basic mistakes while getting gorgeous. Over lining your eyes, eye liner can add lovely dimension to your eyes but over doing it just makes them look small. Avoid using eye liner all the way around, skip your lower lids and just add a bit of mascara to the lower lashes. This creates a very flirty look. Also, black isn't the best shade for everyone! You might try using navy blue, dark brown, or even a dark green depending on your eye color, it can make a huge difference! Contrary to popular belief Marylyn Monroe used a shade of dark brown, not black. Eye brows are possibly one of the most overlooked beauty aids. Nicely groomed eye brows will do wonders for your over all look. Steer clear of super thin Pamela Anderson style brows and go for a thicker look. I did say thicker, not bushy!

Lastly, whether you choose a fancy chandelier style earring or a drop style earring, do not pack your jewelry away. While your bridal gown, tiara and veil may have to be packed away after the big day, your jewelry doesn't have to be. Keep your bridal jewelry out and in your jewelry box for safe keeping. When your anniversary or another special occasion come up, that's the perfect time to select that special wedding day jewelry and remind you of your special day. You'll look absolutely radiant on your big day if you stick to classic styles and avoid incorporating trends into your wedding. However, if something has to be tacky, then make it the bridesmaids' dresses and not you!

According to Hindu philosophy and mythology the Gods and Goddesses also attend the wedding to shower their blessings on the couple. This adds to jubilation attached to a marriage. No wonder brides-to-be spend months together searching for the perfect wedding dress. Not only her, but even her immediate family and closest friends spend a long time going from shop-to-shop searching for what they should wear on that special day.

And if one thought that this was limited to just the bride, well even the groom is particular about what he is going to wear on the wedding day. Apart from the cold feet of tying the knot, he is also anxious about his clothes and accessories. Like in case of the bride this extends to his immediate family and friends. Such excitement exists in both the houses.
