When a customer completes an order with BombayFashions.com, they agree to the companys' terms/conditions which are clearly stated under our FAQ. BombayFashions.com will not bend the rules in any situation for any client. Please review our FAQ for our Returns/Exchanges/Damages/Shipping policies. Upon agreement, continue with completing your order. Any clients who have completed order(s); then, differ our terms/conditions, this policy upholds for Chargebacks/Disputes. Please only shop on BombayFashions.com if you agree to our Agreement and our FAQ policies. |

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
BombayFashions ships all orders USPS United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight of parcel. Express Mail next day delivery is available at additional charge and needs to be quoted at the time of shipment based on order volumes, destination zip code and weight of parcel. Customers who wish alternative shipping methods must provide their own label, account information or prepayment at the time of order. Telephone BombayFashions direct at 734-786-1444.
International Orders ship First Class Mail International as "unsolicited merchandise - gift" with no tracking available once the parcel leaves the Continental U.S. Lead times vary based on destination anywhere from 7-28 days depending on Customs turnaround for mail delivery. |

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY
BombayFashions.com has a 30-day Returns/Exchange Policy.
From the date of receipt, client has 30 days to return/exchange their order.
We charge a 15% restocking fee for each item returned. Shipping costs for
the return are not paid for by BombayFashions.com. BombayFashions does not pay for return shipping in any circumstance, including returns/exchanges/damages.
Customer is responsible for shipping the return and all costs beared.
(USPS First Class - Most cost effective method to ship returns).

When Returning A Complete Order
• 15% Restocking Fee is charged.
• If order qualified for “free shipping and handling” will deduct "original shipping costs" incurred.

insured through shipping company UPS (United Parcel Service). International

Service) If yourpackage gets to your doorstep damaged, please
contact customer service at sales@bombayfashions.com. We will immediately replace/exchangethe merchandise, as it is insured (USA shipments) or if it

State of Michigan has a state sales tax of 6%.
All other 49 states and international countries are NOT subject to any tax. |

COUPON USAGE LIMITATION
BombayFashions allows for 1 coupon to be used per day. Within a 24 hour-period only 1 coupon can be used for discount.
If multiple orders are placed with usage of same or different coupon codes, those orders will not be processed until the balance payment is redeemed via credit card.
Multiple orders can be placed during a day; however, only 1 coupon can be used per 24-hour session.
