Instructions on Exchange/Returns.

BombayFashions.com charges a 15% restocking fee for each item returned/exchanged. Exchanges/Returns are preferred to be done via telephone so we can take care of your merchandise/money/returns/shipping as smoothly as possible. We will provide you with RMA number(s) for each return. You are welcome to open a Help Desk Ticket and provide a phone number and time when you can be reached – a customer service rep. will telephone you at your convenience.

Packing The Returns

Pack the exchange/returns items very carefully, as received. Include your packing slip, highlight which items you are exchanging/returning. The RMA Numbers you receive during the phone conversation must be written on the packing slip. We cannot process exchange/returns without RMA numbers.
